Steve Jobs just announced the release of the New iPhone 4 which features a front facing camera for video calls ( wifi only ). It also comes with the new Retina Display, which is the sharpest, most vibrant, highest-resolution phone screen ever, with four times the pixel count of previous iPhone models. Incase keeps cranking out slick case after slick case for the iPhone, the latest release is their Perforated Snap Case, which is lighter then most normal cases. The Perforated Snap Case is available now for $29.95 in White, Black and Magenta.

Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey announced his new company on Tuesday in appropriate fashion: with a tweet on the network he created in 2006. His new company, Square, allows merchants and individuals accept secure payment from credit (and other) cards using a mobile phone.

Inspired by photosynthesis, the Leaf is a wearable bracelet phone that incorporates solar cells on its front panel for juicing it up. If that’s not good enough, the cradle into which it docks also hosts the cells on the back. Alternatively, on a dark dingy day you can use the trusty electricity to recharge the phone. A pretty basic phone with calls and messages functions only, it’s main objective is to “remind people that they can contribute to energy efficiency.”
